Oh So Good Baileys White Chocolate Pistachio Fudge

  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 36 oz white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup raw pistachios, chopped

  1. Line a 9×9 baking dish with nonstick foil.  Or, if you don’t have nonstick foil, lightly grease.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate, condensed milk and Bailey’s.  Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted.  Remove from the heat and stir in the pistachios.
  3. Pour into the pan and let cool until set.  Once set, peel off the foil and cut into one inch squares.

Easy huh? 🙂

Lemon Kitchen Hand Scrub
A perfect gift for a cook. This is the best recipe to rejuvenate your hands and get rid of strong scents like onions etc leave behind. It will exfoliate too. It only takes minutes to prepare and just might save you in one of those last minute gift moments. You might alreadyhave the necessary ingredients in the pantry.

Mix together 2 1/2 Cups of Sugar with 1 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add in 4 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice. Add essential oils if you like a stronger scent. Mix well until the mixture forms a gritty paste. Makes enough to fill a 12oz. Jar. Keep covered. Tie on a nice spoon for scooping.
